Maintenance Grounds Keeper

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Groundskeeper for a well-respected Private Sector client.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the surrounding grounds and the internal maintenance of the office buildings.

Main responsibilities of Maintenance Groundskeeper include:

• You will be require to be involved in office moves and reorganising furniture, replacing carpet tiles and drilling cubby holes
• Working at height clearing out the gutter and maintaining ceilings and roofs and the property using mobile elevated platforms
• Maintaining the outside grounds of all properties i.e. lawns trees and shrubs
• Liaise with Business Facilities Officer and the building maintenance contractors
• Deal with any reported defects as and when they are reported by the employees

Requirements for Maintenance Groundskeeper:

• Clean Valid Driving license.
• Previous experience of working as a caretaker or from a trade background.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety at work
• Ability to keep accurate records
• Able to work within a busy schedule
• Ability to use hand tools
