ASA Recruitment have the privilege to be recruiting for an experienced Business Support Officer for a well-respected Private Sector client. The selected candidate will support the Business Support Team while covering a wide range of tasks and activities.

Main responsibilities of Business Support Officer include:

  • Using your relative existing skills to pre-screen applicants, arrange interviews, conduct interviews and maintain and update the recruitment trackers.
  • Inputting data and uploading documents onto the Training Management System.
  • Support the Training Officer with administrative tasks.
  • Support the Payroll Officer when required during periods of absence.
  • Diary management for all internal/external training courses

Requirements for Business Support Officer Role:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong experience with MS Office Packages.
  • High standard of administration skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • 2 years’ administration experience within recruitment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well within a team environment.
