Are you an IT Support Analyst with experience in 2nd line support looking to join a busy and proactive team in the public sector?
ASA are working with a large business in the public sector and are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) to join their dedicated MS Teams support team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Offering support and guidance on technical matters related to Microsoft Teams
· Using technical and communication skills to analyse problems then recommend and implement an appropriate solution
· Liaising with other Technical Support teams within the organisation and external suppliers to ensure any major client issues are dealt with promptly
Essential criteria to be successful in this role:
· At least 2 years’ experience working in a desktop support environment at the 2nd line level
· Experience of supporting Microsoft Teams in a corporate work environment, providing 1st/2nd line support, training and guidance to users of Teams
· Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft based operating systems with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams as well as Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products
· Excellent customer care, communication skills and telephone manner
· Experience using Office 365 Admin Centre, Azure Active Directory and Teams Admin Centre
Desirable criteria to be successful in this role:
· ITIL foundation qualified
· Experience using service desk applications such as Axios Assyst (iFix)
This role offers a secure 3 month contract, with the potential to extend, working Monday to Friday in the public sector in the Central Belt
