ASA Recruitment are currently looking for an ambitious and sales driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Kirkcaldy team.

Working within a corporate framework the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and make their mark from Day 1.

As a recruiter your duties will include:

• Establishing new business relationships
• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Identifying and filling vacant jobs
• Managing a large pool of agency workers
• Recruiting, screening and preparing candidates for roles
• Arranging staff solutions to meet our client’s needs

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a talent for developing new business as well as the desire and determination to succeed and deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You should be sales and results focused and a confident communicator to build long-standing relationships with people over the phone.

This is a fast paced, exciting role where you can develop your skills within a highly competitive environment. It includes an attractive commission scheme which can increase your earnings if you can demonstrate your sales drive and passion to achieve targets.

You may have previous work experience in the healthcare sector and looking for a new challenge or you may already be working within recruitment and looking to progress your career and develop your skills.

Proof of the right to work in the UK along with a full driving licence are both essential for this role.
