ASA Recruitment have the privilege to be recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a well-respected Private Sector client. The selected candidate will support the Accounts Payable Manager in monitoring and handling invoices.
Main responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Officer include:
- Using your relative existing skills to provide expert advice between various departments and implement resolution.
- Give your insight while monitoring and handling rejected invoices
- Using you organisation skills to prepare cash batches (payments) for import to e-banking system
- Arrange manual payments when necessary
- General Admin & Ad Hoc duties when they arise
Requirements for an Accounts Payable Officer Role:
- Strong verbal and written communication experience.
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience within a financial environment.
- Experience and knowledge of bank file uploads and payment processes.
- High standard of organisation skills and able to prioritise workload.
- Self-motivated and able to work well within a team environment.
- Able to pass a basic disclosure
