Recruitment Consultant

ASA Recruitment are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants in our Edinburgh office.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and make their mark from Day 1.

As a recruiter your duties will include:

• Establishing new business relationships
• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Identifying and filling vacant jobs
• Managing a large pool of agency workers
• Recruiting, screening and preparing candidates for roles
• Arranging staff solutions to meet our client’s needs

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a talent for developing new business as well as the desire and determination to succeed and deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You should be sales and results focused and a confident communicator to build long-standing relationships with people over the phone.

Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage but is not essential as we have a robust training programme for anyone new to recruitment.
