Unified Communication Engineer

Description

Asa Recruitment are working with a large business within the public sector and currently looking for a Unified Communications Engineer with experience working in an IT delivery role and working with VoIP telephony systems.

In this role you will be expected to provide first line support as well as resolve any faults with Mitel Telephony technology by troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.

In this role you will:

• Troubleshoot any issues with Mitel Telephony platform
• Identifying and resolving issues with corporate telephones
• Providing first line support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in an IT delivery role
• Previous experience working with VoIP Telephony in particular Mitel and associated services (MiVoice, Mitel Contact centre and MiCollab)
• Experience working with SIP infrastructure and the ability to manage and support its network dependencies.

Initially working remotely, this 8.30 – 17.00 role offers a secure interim contract with a large scale Central belt client.
