An opportunity for experienced care assistants has arisen to start working in one of our care homes and make a real difference in vulnerable adult’s lives. We seek staff that provide the utmost quality of care and aspire to go above and beyond in making the residents time as special as possible, if this applies to you, you may be a perfect addition to our team of dedicated staff.

Located in a few care homes in the east fife area (Leven, Methil, Anstruther, Cupar & surrounding areas) we aim to make your comfortability and accessibility to work a priority, the homes are all on public transport routes, perfect for non-drivers. We provide a good pay rate of £9.50+ph, enhanced night weekend hours and holiday pay too. We also provide flexibility, ideal if you have other current commitments you would like to work around.
We are looking for someone with a passionate and empathetic approach to caring for people.

Key responsibilities of a Care Assistant:
* Work within a team environment in a care home for the elderly
* Help residents carry out their daily activities in line with individual care
* Promote independence, dignity and choice
* Provide emotional and social support to care home residents
We also desire:
* Recent or extensive care experience
* A PVG (not essential)
* Willing to commute if you are a non-driver
* A positive attitude and good communication with our team
* SSSC registration or 6 months to register from date of employment

In return we are offering:
* Support from an ASA Consultant from 7am until 10pm, 7 days a week.
* Excellent rates of pay from £9.50, to be paid weekly
* Complimentary in house training and ongoing development provided
* Paid annual leave based on hours you work
