ASA Recruitment are working on behalf of a major public sector client in Aberdeen to recruit a full time temporary transaction service administrator. We are seeking a candidate with strong administration skills and previous experience in a finance role.
You will be responsible for undertaking financial transactions including:-
· Billing
· Invoicing
· Paying creditors within a large transactions team
As a transaction service administrator you will have the following essential experience:-
· Experience of processing financial data and working in a financial environment
· Experience of making payments to suppliers
· Experience of processing invoices
· Experience dealing with suppliers of goods and services to resolve any queries re outstanding amounts / invoices raises
· Experience of using IT packages to undertake these tasks
This role will require on-site training for the first week, you will then be working from home doing a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.
