We are looking for experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Care Assistants to join us at ASA Recruitment to work within care homes in and around Fife
Key responsibilities of a Care Assistant:
Promote independence, dignity and choice whilst supporting with person-centred care
Provide emotional and social support
Developing real life skills with the people we support
Providing quality personal care, which could include bathing etc. depending on individual needs, while maintaining respect and privacy
Care Assistants compliance requirements:
Minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Care or Support Assistant
PVG scheme member, (update required upon recruitment process)
SSSC registration or 6 months to register from date of employment
Willingness to work above and beyond to maintain our high standards
