Catering assistant

A great opportunity has arisen to come on board with our team as a catering assistant for one of our clients, working in a team of hardworking, good people that care about the standard in which they serve food, keep their kitchen running and clean.
You will be of importance in this role within local authority care homes and schools and will require a strict following of the food hygiene training and guidelines, also an excellent delivery of nutritious food.
This role includes
. Practising safe use of equipment and cleaning agents
. Stocking the kitchen
. Using safe methods of food hygiene
. Cleaning and organising the kitchen
. Assisting in food preparation

Requirements for the role
. PVG Children and Adults
. Food hygiene certificate (desired)
. Previous experience in catering
. Willingness to work and to work to a high standard
