ASA are looking to speak with Chef’s of all levels to assist with hospitality needs in various establishments from hotels to restaurants and bars.

Are you looking to take the next step in your cheffing career or are you at the beginning of your career and looking to gain experience? Either way, we want to hear from you.

Your role will be very varied however here are some key aspects of what you can expect:

*Supporting the head chef to run the kitchen by playing a key role in maintaining high kitchen and food standards.
*Food preparation.
*Assisting with the management of food hygiene.
*Monitoring portion and waste control.

What you need:

* Previous experience in a busy kitchen.
* The ability to cope well under pressure.
* Food Hygiene/Allergen Certificate.
* The ability to provide two suitable referees to confirm your experience.
