Are you an experienced Junior Desktop Analyst ready for your next contract in the Scottish public sector?

Our client are currently looking for a contract Junior Desktop Support Analyst on a 6 month contract with extension potentials. You will be responsible for supporting build, delivery and installation of IT hardware across Glasgow sites as part of a refresh programme.

Essential Criteria:

Junior Desktop Analyst must have either relevant technical education of qualification or at least 2 years of IT experience within specialist area.
Essential – Degree/HND in IT or associated discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Desktop support role, field or call centre based, project or service support
Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certified training in Microsoft Desktop operating systems, or Microsoft applications or HP/Dell/Lexmark hardware certification
Desktop Analyst will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to liaise effectively with Senior Managers and Senior External Managers is essential
Full clean driving licence and access to transport
