ASA Recruitment in Aberdeen have a fantastic opportunity for experienced and self-motivated Recruitment Consultants to work within our growing branch.

The ideal recruiter will be able to hit the ground running and make their mark from Day 1, but we are willing to train people with the right attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

As a recruiter your duties will include:

– Establishing new business relationships
– Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
– Identifying and filling vacant jobs
– Managing a large pool of agency workers
– Recruiting, screening and preparing candidates for roles
– Arranging staff solutions to meet our client’s needs

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a talent developing new business as well as the desire and determination to succeed and deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You should be sales and results focused and a confident communicator to build long-standing relationships with people in person and over the phone.

This is a fast paced, exciting role where you can develop your skills within a highly competitive environment. It includes an attractive commission scheme which can increase your earnings significantly if you can demonstrate your sales drive and passion to achieve targets.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
