Digital Learning Strategy Manager

ASA Recruitment are currently looking for a Digital Learning Strategy Manager to assist one of our key Public Sector clients in developing learning strategies and turning them into coherent and actionable plans. Our client is looking for someone with a passion for digital learning and good service design so they can play a fundamental part in delivering learning and performance outcomes.

As the Digital Learning Strategy Manager you will join an integral Learning and Development team that leads on policy and practice for building capability of colleagues in line with their organisational priorities. Our client is currently looking to implement a new learning experience platform (LXP) which will play a key role in transforming the learning experience of colleagues and building a culture of learning across the organisation.

As part of this role you will be responsible for:
· Developing the future state strategy and implementation plan for our digital learning service
· Working with senior leaders, key stakeholders, service users and available data to shape the first digital learning strategy, service blueprint and resourcing/functional plans which enable delivery over the coming 3 years
· Communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the strategy and plans for the new digital learning services support an effective and impactful transition from current to future state of the service
· Working with the LXP project team, members of the Programme Board and Centre of Expertise in Learning

Requirements include:
· Proven experience in effectively designing and developing strategy and business plans to support the delivery of business’ strategic vision
· Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide consultancy skills
· Experience of developing and delivering user centred and sustainable digital learning services
· Experience in developing learning strategies and plans to close capability gaps
· Confident leadership and influencing style, being able to make an immediate impact with senior stakeholders
