Exceeding customer expectation and world class service are at the very heart of this hotels desire to be the best in the country. This iconic venue is popular with tourists and locals alike and the restaurant is the shop window for the business. Knowledge of hotel operations and training development are essential to succeed in this challenging yet ultimately rewarding role.
Our client is offering:
· A salary of £27-£30,000 per annum
· 28 days holiday

Key requirements for this role:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Management role
· Excellent knowledge of payroll procedures and stock management
· Proven track record of sales and revenue development within a similar environment
· Awareness of social media and marketing strategies
