ASA are looking to recruit a Finance Project Support Manager to join the public sector in Central Scotland. This contract opportunity would be perfect for an individual looking to take the lead on delivering a set corporate plan
The Finance Project Support Manager Role:
- Provide leadership and demonstrate the organisation’s values across a range of activities whilst providing direct support to strategic directors which will ensure effective and efficient use of resources in delivering the organisation’s Corporate Plan.
- Ensure effective staff management and provide leadership to a wide range of high grade professional staff with an emphasis on remote support
- Lead the evaluation and analysis of the impact the organisation has in delivering its Corporate Plan, including the management of a performance management framework
- Take control of procurement services and ensure that they are actively controlled, maintained and delivered
Successful candidates for the role will require:
- A strong track record of operating successfully at a senior level
- Experience of building and maintaining high quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influencing strategic developments
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing people from a variety of different backgrounds
- A comprehensive understanding of corporate financial and accounting requirements to ensure effective financial management and procurement.
