Senior Project Manager

Description

ASA’s well-known public sector client is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager. This is a contract opportunity for an initial 6 months with the possibility of extension. Although based in Edinburgh, the successful candidate will be working from home for the foreseeable future.

As a Senior Project Manager (Mechanical and Electrical) you will be required to assist with the delivery of the existing maintenance lifecycle replacement programme and provide specialist technical advice for major capital construction projects.

Requirements:
· Project Management experience
· Extensive Mechanical and Electrical design experience
· Experience of preparing tender documentation including employer’s requirements
· Ability to deliver projects to the required time, cost and quality
· Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE)
· Registration as Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Engineering Council
· BSc or BEng in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
