Restaurant Manager

ASA Recruitment are sourcing for a Restaurant Manager for a well established brand based in Aberdeenshire. This role will start off temporary with a view to becoming permanent for the successful candidate after a period of 3 months.

The typical working week will be 40 hours (Monday-Friday) with rotational weekends (2/4) working Saturday and Sunday required. The rate is negotiable depending on experience but will include all benefits such as holiday pay.

As the Restaurant manager you’ll ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputation and ethos.

Role Responsibilities:

* Managing a team of 20+ Kitchen/Waiting Staff
* Managing the rota for the unit
* Be proactive in creating a friendly environment for all staff and visitors
* Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
* Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
* Respond to customer queries and complaints

Skills Required:

* Friendly and bubbly personality
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Previous experience managing a catering unit
