Delivery Manager

Description

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to sit within our client’s Digital team. As the Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and progressing the delivery of products within their digital platform. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, this Delivery Manager role is initially for 3 months.

Duties:

· Working with the delivery team daily to identify and implement a process that works for them, continually improving effective and sustainable value delivery
· Working with the Product Manager(s) daily to ensure effective delivery of their vision for the product
· Communicating progress with a diverse range of stakeholders (both internal and external)
· Proactively managing, dependencies, overcoming obstacles and getting the best value against constraints
· Ensuring the team are motivated, collaborating and working well

Essential:

· Significant experience working in relevant discipline
· Strong analytical and abstraction skills
· Significant specialist experience in advanced systems design and testing
· Experience working with the Oracle Toolset or equivalent
· Experience in developing mobile and tablet-based solutions a great advantage
· Experience in delivering an educational online portal tool
