Description

We are seeking an Organisational and Workforce Development (OWD) Assistant for a 3 month contract based in Edinburgh, Dunfermline, Dundee or Hamilton (currently working from home). This is a full time post working 35 hours per week at £13.43 per hour.
In this role you will support the OWD Team in the development and delivery of key OWD projects that will improve the overall performance of the organisation.

Essential:

· Experience of working in an OD/ HR/ L&D function
· Events planning and co-ordination experience
· Educated to Degree level or equivalent
· CIPD qualified or working towards (due to complete within 1 year)
· Working knowledge and understanding of OD/ HR practices and key policies and procedures

Desirable:

· Experience of using Cornerstone learning management system or other learning management systems
