ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Recruitment Manager to join their busy Edinburgh healthcare team.

We are looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter who can develop the current client base, increase the candidate pool and create and lead a successful healthcare team within a very competitive market place.

ASA Recruitment are well established in the healthcare market across Scotland and wish to continue this success. The Healthcare Manager would be expected to:
– Develop new clients over the phone and face to face
– Identify and fill vacant jobs
– Manage a large pool of temporary workers
– Source new temporary workers
– Arrange staff solutions to meet our client’s needs
– Develop a team that can also complete the duties above
– Support the team to grow the healthcare business across Edinburgh and the Lothians

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a passion for healthcare as well as the desire and determination to succeed and deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You will also require:
– Experience of B2B Sales
– Excellent communication skills and confident when dealing with people over the phone
– Ability to handle all queries in a timely and effective manner
– Experience of the healthcare sector
– Motivated to achieve and exceed targets
– Experience of leading a team
