Are you an experienced HR Project Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

ASA Recruitment are currently working with Scotland’s largest Public Sector body to source an experienced HR Project Manager. The role is to deliver an ambitious change programme and HR target operating model with a focus on digital capability whist supporting well-being and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
· Focus on the two major pillars of staff engagement at the whole-organisation level
· Manage the annual People Survey and various accreditation programmes
· Contribute to development of capability in PPM approaches and disciplines within the relevant department as part of the transformation work

Requirements:
· Experience of managing programmes of work and ability to apply effective programme principals and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling the delivery of outcomes. This can include a working knowledge of Prince2 and Agile methodologies
· A strategic and collaborative approach, with a track record of professional service delivery and continuous improvement
· Proven leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships that support collaborative working and development/delivery of shared outcomes
· Experience of working the in public sector
