Systems Analyst

Are you an experienced Systems Analyst ready for your next contract in the Scottish public sector?

Our client are currently looking for a contract Systems Analyst to work within the transformation team to identify and specify interfaces to exchange data with external services. You will be expected to liaise with partner agencies and other third parties to identify what data can be exchanged and document interface specs defining the data structure and format and transfer protocols.

Essential experience:

· Experience of Interfacing with cloud based services, e.g. Azure SQL or Data Lakes

· Write technical procedures and documentation e.g. interface specifications

· Liaise closely with external or internal users/organisations

· map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems

· Ability to turn technical language into plain business language

· Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation

Desirable Criteria:

· Previous experience of working within the Public Sector
· Health or Social Care exposure

To be considered you must possess or be in application of a Disclosure Scotland Certificate dated within the last 12 months
