Are you an experienced Rural Conveyancing Solicitor looking to work for a dynamic, growing law firm?

Our client in Edinburgh is looking for a Solicitor to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

· Acting for clients in connection with the purchase and sale conveyancing of commercial forestry, farms and Estates throughout Scotland
· Dealing with renewable energy option agreements, servitudes, leases of farmland and other rural properties
· Acting for clients in respect of crofting matters
· Dealing with voluntary registrations of Estates and other rural properties
· Prepare and deliver research and training

Requirements:

· 2-3 years PQE in Scots law
· Experience in purchasing and sale conveyancing in commercial forestry, farming and rural property, crofting and renewable energy
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to handle a busy, varied workload
