We are recruiting for a domestic Joiner on behalf of our client who is a leading provider in property maintenance. This well-established business provides property solutions with expertise in delivering bespoke solutions to clients needs.

We are recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join their rapidly growing team in Edinburgh. This role is a mobile position covering Edinburgh. The position comes with a vehicle for travelling between the client’s premises. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of joinery installation and maintenance work in void domestic properties. The successful candidate will form part of a team in will work as part of pair. Previous experience of working in social housing would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Perform routine installation and maintenance joinery work in void domestic buildings
• Use hand-held technology within allocated timescales
• Form part of the team
• Work within SLAs
• Supervision of sub-contractors

Qualifications and skills:

• A time served Joiner with City & Guilds or SVQ
• Previous experience in dealing with all types of joinery work
• Happy to work in a client facing environment
• Strong customer service focus
• Good health and safety awareness and knowledge
• Effective communicator
• Full UK driving licence
