Procurement Partner

Description

Our well known public sector client is looking for a Procurement Partner to provide “buying” partnering services to support a number of procurement activities for the opening of the office following COVID19.

This Procurement Partner role will suit you if you are an excellent communicator with good analytical and problem solving skills along with being comfortable working unsupervised at home initially.

Responsibilities:

· Undertake Procurement activities through Quick Quote value or framework mini competitions

Experience required:

· ESPD for regulated or OJEU procurement
· Scottish Government frameworks
· UK crown commercial frameworks
· G Cloud frameworks
· Issuing contract notices for Quick Quotes and regulated public contracts through the Public Contract Scotland advertising portal
· Preparing specifications
· Preparing commodity procurement strategies
· A Basic Disclosure certificate
