ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious public funded organisation for a Facilities Manager to carry out a wide range of duties within organisations properties.
Duties include:
· Organise and manage all aspects of building management including soft services, reception and building maintenance
· Arrange for external contractors to carry out works including obtaining quotes before authorising the works
· Post inspect contractor works
· Work with the larger facilities team in improving practices and procedures
· Ensure that premises meet with current health and safety and building standards
Ideal Candidate:
· Established Facilities professional with demonstrable track record of achieving targets and KPI’s
· Experience of co-ordinating external contractors ensuring repair work is carried out to the relevant standards
· Relevant qualification in building/facilities management
· IOSH/NEBOSH certified
