Maintenance Joiners required for long term projects across Aberdeen.

ASA are currently looking for time served Joiners for long term projects across Aberdeen. The scope of works include reactive and preventative maintenance to housing stock across the city. These are great opportunities which have led to many of our candidates being offered permanent employment with our client.

Typical working hours are 8am-4pm Mon to Fri (but may vary) with an hourly rate of £15.50 (PAYE) plus holiday accrual.

You will be required to undertake the following various maintenance and repairs work including:

– Kitchen installation
– Flooring replacement
– Door hanging
– Some window repairs
– General household repairs and up-grades

To be eligible for consideration you must meet the strict requirements:

– CSCS Card
– In possession of Trade Papers
– PPE
– Tools
– Driver with own transport
– Previous work references (2 required)
