As a Support Worker, you may be working one to one with a service user, or within a small team assisting a group.

Each day will consist of different tasks such as support with running the household, supporting the service user whilst socialising or taking trips, or enjoying a quiet chat and cup of tea.

There will be varying degrees of personal care required at times, and sometimes use of equipment such as hoists. You will play an integral part in helping others live a happy and fulfilled life, so commitment and dedication to the role are essential.

Due to the varied locations of this service in North Lanarkshire, access to a car or transport are crucial, due to the lack of convenient public transport.
