As Contracts Administrator your role will be to assist clients with all orders and queries. We are recruiting for a very successful independently owned business based just to the North of Glasgow. Our client prides themselves on working in close partnership with their customers and is seeking like-minded individuals who are keen to take a proactive approach.
As Contracts Administrator your duties will include:
· Working as part of the helpdesk team to answer incoming calls
· Logging calls and sending engineers
· Processing orders
· Scheduling PPM visits
· Preparing day plans for engineers
· Preparing reports for clients
To be considered for this Contracts Administrator role it is essential that you have:
· Previous experience working within a role with extensive client contact
· Strong IT skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Confidence to work and to deliver to deadlines
As there is limited public transport to the client’s premises it would be beneficial to have your own transport.
