School Cleaning Staff Urgently Required Throughout Aberdeenshire

We are urgently recruiting for Cleaners within all areas of Aberdeenshire to clean local authority schools and nurseries.

Key responsibilities of a School Cleaner:

• Clean and disinfect all work surfaces, floors and paintwork in the designated areas
• Ensure the cleaning of all areas and departments are of the highest standard
• Sanitise frequently used areas such as door handles and communal toilets
• Sweeping and mopping floors, emptying waste bins and dusting areas
• Ensuring you adhere to Health & Safety legislation and procedures at all times in line with COVID-19 regulations

Cleaning Operative requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months UK based cleaning experience
• Existing PVG member for Children, or a willingness to join PVG Scheme
• Have knowledge and awareness of COSHH Regulations
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and customer care skills and able to follow instructions
