ASA Recruitment are pleased to be working with one of the UK’s fastest growing Financial Planning firms, to help with an increased workload in several UK locations.

The Company
A well established and coveted name in the financial planning world, with several successful partners across the country. The role is unique in that no client bank is required and no proactive business development is required. One appointment per day will be provided and the conversion rate currently sits at 93%.

The Role:
· Meet clients face to face to complete fact finds
· Process applications and present the best available options to clients
· Guide the client at every stage in the process
· Liaise with introducers where necessary
· Ensure the whole process runs smoothly from start to finish
· Cross sell on product requirements

The Person:
· 1 years’ experience in a similar role desirable
· DipFS
· CAS status (desirable – not essential)
· Ability to analyse and choose the correct products for each client
· Clear communicator with the ability to build rapport
· Proven track record of achieving targets
· Ensuring all compliance is met in line with FCA guidelines
