ASA are currently looking for experienced, confident and flexible Healthcare Assistants to provide the highest standard of care and support within local authority care homes and support centres in and around Fife including Dunfermline, Lochgelly, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Leven, Cupar and St.Andrews. If you have a genuine passion for care and are willing to go the extra mile then this is the role for you!
Essential
· Minimum of 6 months experience as a care assistant
· Have the ability to work as a part of a team
· Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Have an existing PVG
Desirable
· Kind, Friendly and Caring nature
· Have a Sensitive and understanding approach
· Excellent communication skills
· Reliable and punctual
What you’ll be doing
· Providing support in all aspects of residents daily needs
· Promoting a high standard of care practice in line with National care standards
· Following personalised care and support plans in line with each individual residents needs and preferences with dignity and respect
