Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new and exciting opportunity in Edinburgh?

Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide effective and high quality support to the head of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
· Provide first line of contract both internally and externally for the appropriate leadership staff
· Diary Management, providing advice and answering queries. This will involve planning and arranging meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, and ensuring necessary meeting papers are prepared and distributed to relevant people
· Act as clerk to meetings, ad hoc groups and other committees
· Deal with confidential and sensitive information ensuring appropriate confidentiality is maintained at all times
· Maintain files and records of activates both manual and PC based
· Undertake financial processing for the team, this may include processing purchase orders and using purchasing card

Requirements:
· PA experience in a busy office environment
· Experience supporting more than one senior member of staff, and balancing competing demands
· Experience in diary management
· Well-developed IT skills including the use of spreadsheets and databases
