Are you a Payroll professional looking for a new exciting contract in Edinburgh?

ASA’s public sector client is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team for an initial 2 month contract.

You will be responsible administering the end to end payroll processes to ensure the accurate running of the monthly payroll, and responding to any employee queries.

Responsibilities:
· Administer the running of the monthly payroll
· Ensure all payroll changes have been made to the system
· Process change of hours contracts
· Oversee the input and audit of employee absence records
· Provide HR system support
· Manage HR information stored within the Continuity and Risk Plan
· Maintain up to date knowledge of GDPR, ensuring correct procedures are maintained for record keeping

Requirements:
· Experience in a similar role within a Payroll/HR function
· Experience of budget management
· CIPP Qualification is desirable
· A Basic Disclosure certificate
