Catering Assistant duties will involve:

· Assisting Chefs and being able to work as part of the team
· To ensure that all kitchen equipment and kitchen areas are cleaned according to the cleaning schedules
· Be able to present correct standards of personal hygiene at all times
· Help with basic food preparation
· Serving meals

Requirements for a Catering Assistant:

· Two references (One must evidence 6 months catering experience in the UK)
· PVG scheme member or willing to do an update
· Be hard working and willing with good time keeping and attendance
