2nd Line Support Analyst

Description

Are you an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst immediately available for a contract role in Edinburgh?

This role is expected to go on until the end of March 2020.

A key part of this role is on site user support therefore you will require a driving license and be willing to drive to cover multiple sites across the East of Scotland.

Skills required:

· Desktop Support (Software & Hardware)
· End User Device Builds
· Windows 10 / Microsoft Office Admin
· SCCM Image Builds & Software Deployment
· Support Incident Management
· Ad-Hoc project work
· Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting
· Active Directory Administration
· iOS iPad MDM via In-Tune
· Anti-Virus Technologies

The environment is fast paced, and challenging, so will require some of the following characteristics too:

· Experience working within a National Team
· Good verbal and written communication
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to travel to multiple sites across the East of Scotland, and beyond in some occasions
