Are you an experienced Administrator looking for an immediate start in a busy and proactive team?

ASA Recruitment are working with a large client in the public sector in Falkirk to find an experienced Administrator to be an integral part of an already successful and busy team.

The Administrator role:

  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of the booking process.
  • Ensure that all Policies, Procedures are adhered to.
  • To ensure confidentiality is maintained.
  • General administrative duties including: photocopying, filing, dealing with telephone calls and correspondence.

Successful candidates for this Administrator role will need:

  • Experience in all aspects of administration with competent and experienced use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet departmental deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to work with secure and confidential information.
  • Enhance disclosure required.
