Are you an experience Operational Senior Adviser looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Our well known public sector client is looking for an Operational Senior Adviser to join their Finance Shared Services team to predominantly support the Accounts Payable and Payroll function.

Responsibilities:

• Line Management of Operational Advisers and Operational Assistants
• Review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable control accounts
• Assist the team by dealing with escalated accounts payable and payroll enquiries
• Regularly review policies with a pro-active approach to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Experience of operating at a supervisory level in a Financial Services Team
• Experience of dealing with escalated queries and providing a high quality of customer service to all stakeholders
• Extensive experience in Payroll related tasks
• Ability to monitor daily cash movements and balances
• Experience in developing and reporting key performance indicators for financial services
• Working knowledge of BOXI for reporting
