Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys a busy working environment?
We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support in the planning and coordination of administrative tasks. The role is based in Edinburgh for an initial 2 month contract.
Responsibilities:
· Answering queries
· Scheduling and organising events
· Ensuring timely and accurate customer service
· Organising office activities
· Managing travel arrangements, phone calls, meetings and correspondence
Requirements:
· Experience within a busy administrative role
· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organisation skills
· IT competency – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· A current Basic Disclosure Certificate
