ASA would like to thank all our attendees and speakers who really brought the #TruEdinburgh Recruitment UNConference to life.

We had an overwhelmingly positive response from the attendees, they especially liked the format of the event. With 3 tracks running at the same time, guests were able to mix and match their day to their own specification. By having 3 smaller groups of around 20 people max in each track, it meant attendees were comfortable enough to engage in candid discussion. This is a format we will be keen to replicate at upcoming events.

We had 18 great tracks from an impressive line-up of speakers including the REC, Recruitment Matters, Indeed and Firefish to name a few. Check out our video to get a real feel for the event.

ASA had two tracks that were led by our Regional Directors, Matthew Brown and Ian McHardy. Matthew held a very popular track on ‘Values in Recruitment’ and Ian focused on ‘Retaining Staff.’ We will get their summaries from the event up on the website soon.
